Acceptance of Terms
By registering for Mr. & Miss Happiness™, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree, please do not proceed with registration.
Registration
Registration is open to individuals aged 6 to 50+. All registrations are subject to verification. The Foundation reserves the right to reject any registration at its sole discretion without providing reasons.
Fees & Donations
Registration is free of charge. Voluntary donations are accepted and appreciated but are not a condition of participation. All donations are non-refundable.
Changes to the Event
The Foundation reserves the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or restructure the event, including dates, venues, and categories, at any time. Participants will be notified of material changes via registered contact details.
Limitation of Liability
The Ellipsis of Happiness Foundation shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage — direct or indirect — arising from participation in the event. Participants take part at their own risk.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttar Pradesh, India.
